TeamCraft™ uses improvisational theatre games to introduce new styles of interpersonal collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking and teambuilding. TeamCraft™ participants are not actors, they’re real people engaged in hypothetical challenges designed to reveal new ways of experiencing their group, their work and their lives. Your people will explore their collective and individual imaginations through activities that involve creating phony circumstances and relationships, throwing in some high stakes, and making strong, detailed choices. These challenges involve the whole group, pairs, small teams, and solo efforts within teams. Participants support one another to achieve the goal of each game, cheer each other on, and succeed in a more creative way than you ever thought possible.
